64 synth patches inspired by Vaporwave, Playstation Jungle and 1990’s Nostalgia. 

This preset pack features modulating ethereal pad synths, rich polys and growling reese bass. Inspired by 90s and early 2000s Electronic music genres like Ambient Jungle, Garage and Drum and Bass but with a focus on how internet subgenres of Vaporwave have evolved these sounds. These patches (like all Hurton Audio packs) are hand crafted from the Init/default patch and designed for performance, to inspire song creation.

Vapor Tech’s patches are inspired by the 2000s retro futurism of Wipeout and its forward thinking soundtrack, reflected by utilising Mini D’s "Classic" ladder style filter model, sweeping frequencies and resonance to give patches movement and ear candy. Chiptune style “pixel” patches, pads with tempo synched tremolo and gliding leads, give Vapor Tech an array of potential song starters. This preset pack utilizes Mini D’s modernized take on the Moog Model D and embraces modern sound design and creativity to add a unique Y2K aesthetic to your patch library.

This pack requires a full version of AIR Music Technology Mini D (VST/Akai MPC). These presets can be used with Mini D in compatible Akai MPC devices.

Demos feature presets from this pack with no additional effects (except mix bus processing) and MIDI sequencing. Drum samples not included.
